At E.V. Slack & Sons we offer a truely unique service to all of our customers. We are one of the few remaining true Master Butchers, who have the skills to select then process pigs, sheep and cows in our own on site Abattoir. We then prepare all cuts ready to sell in our award winning butchers shop.
Our produce can also be sampled in our Country Coffee Shop (Tweed@Wadworth) which is adjacent to our Butchers' Shop and operated by members of the same family.
Our family has an historic legacy of farming, slaughtering and butchering and it is currently being run by the fifth generation of very experienced butchers who have had the privilege of being taught by our dedicated ancestors who loved the profession as much as the family who are now at the helm.
Luke, Matt and Tom have all embraced the opportunity to take the business forward into the next phase and have the passion and dedication to innovate and offer new products.
