A Farm to Fork Approach 

We are passionate about the process of food production and emphasise a more direct connection between the animals on our farm to the food on our plates.

We rear our own sheep and carefully select cows and pigs from local farms.   We work very hard to keep our food miles to an absolute minimum to ensure quality and freshness at all times.

Every stage of the process for all the products we sell is managed by us - starting in a field to the point of sale. 

In our 5* Kitchen we make our own award winning Pork Pies, along with a host of other delicious savoury items, including scrumptious sausage rolls, meat pies and a selection of prepared dishes all ready to simply cook at home!
